Hi, beautiful reader!
I’m Lina Zubyte – a curious quality professional working in software testing and QA since 2013. I believe in collaboration between teams to reach the goal of high-quality product. As a quality professional, I aim to ask the right questions and help evaluate risks.
In the beginning of my career, I worked in a large multinational architectural software company in Vilnius, Lithuania, where I had a chance to experience very diverse teams, test scripts and silos. In 2015, I made the most drastic and rewarding change in my career life: I became the first full-time QA in a startup and moved to Budapest, Hungary.
I work closely with Development, Product and R&D teams on creating data driver merchandising solutions to fashion retailers globally. My work tasks include testing of visual similarity engine and fit solution products. I love analyzing data and getting extra information using analytics tools.
I try to be an active member of the testing community by writing a blog, following the newest trends in testing, attending conferences, and, organizing Budapest’s QA meetup. My Twitter handle is @buggylina.
